HARDENED STEEL WEAR PADS

Hardened steel wear pads at critical spring contact points reduce hanger wear and prevent hanger failure.

THICKER LEAF SPRING CONTACT POINTS

20% thicker leaf spring contact points for increased durability.

MOUNTING OPTIONS TO MEET YOUR NEEDS

STRADDLE MOUNT
- designed for box-type frames
- hanger straddles flange and is welded on both sides

UNDER MOUNT
- designed for added weight savings in I-beam applications
- hangers are welded flush to the bottom of the frame

CHASSIS MOUNT
- developed to meet the cost-effective standards demanded by the chassis market

FLANGE MOUNT
- available in welded version for permanent mounting
- bolted version with pre-fab holes also available

AXLE CLAMP ASSEMBLY

Axle clamp assembly features Grade 8 square u-bolts and a precision-stamped, one-piece bottom plate for positive u-bolt alignment and reduced weight.

Optional NO-HOP torque/axle design (shown) positions the torque arms beneath the rear axles to keep the tires on the road during quick, abrupt stops.

UNDERSLUNG

Ideal for low-mounting applications, these suspensions position the axle above the springs to accomodate height requirements. The underslung option delivers the same economical benefits available with the basic straddle mount and undermount configurations.

TORQUE ARMS

Torque arm bushings are 20% thicker.

Fixed arm is one-piece cast design with no welds to break.

Adjustable arm features one-piece cast end with machine-cut, full-depth thread.
