HOLLAND, MI – Stoughton Trailers LLC (Stoughton) has announced that the CB4000 Air-Ride Suspension System from The Holland Group (Holland) is now their standard offering on all Van trailers. The CB4000 was developed by incorporating technologies from across Holland’s broad range of Product Management Teams (PMTs) from the former Holland Hitch, Neway and Binkley organizations.
Leveraging the synergies within Holland provides the CB4000 with a unique blend of new and time tested technology. For example, patent pending SwingAlign™ is the industry's fastest and most convenient axle alignment system. SwingAlign™ is the only alignment system on the market today that is adjusted without disassembly and/or any special tools. Other advanced engineering features include a new patent pending pivot bushing that increases endurance and Holland’s thin-wall casting technology provides for high strength/light weight trailing arms. Time-tested technologies include Holland’s QwikRelease™, which is the industry’s most efficient pin release system; and Holland’s proven high-strength slider, that is manufactured of high-alloy steel.
“Stoughton’s decision to make the CB4000 standard on its van trailers affirms this product in the marketplace and is a great milestone in our continued partnership,” says Tim Hemingway, President of Holland USA. “Stoughton’s initial input was critical in making the CB4000 the most advanced and cost-effective solution in the industry today.”
“We feel that the CB4000 suspension is certainly a value-added component on our trailers,” says Art Ziller, Stoughton’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "We have received positive feedback from our customers to support this decision and look forward to continuing our relationship with Holland.”
