The site provides visitors with user-friendly access to information on the modular setting process, a catalog of the system components, and sales and technical contacts.
In the early 1970’s, the Binkley Company patented and manufactured the first “Minuteman” modular home setter. It was a system designed to easily and safely set manufactured homes on their foundations without the use of a crane. Since then, thousands of systems and components have been sold nationwide, and the “Minuteman” home setter has experienced significant growth in the marketplace.
In the early 1990s, Binkley was acquired by Holland further enhancing the company’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities. Holland is a recognized global leader in components for the transportation industry.
Today, Holland’s Warrenton, MO facility is the metal forming and fabricating arm of the corporation and the home of Holland Binkley modular home setting products. The “Minuteman” brand has evolved into the Mobile/Modular Home Setting System and has been updated for today’s larger homes.
